We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of our services, and from third-party partners (such as payment processors).

A. Information You Provide Directly

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, business address, email address, and Mobile Phone Number (for SMS and Telegram setup).
  • Carrier/Driver Data: Proof of Consent for SMS/Email, driver license details, truck and equipment type, preferred lanes, and Telegram chat_id.
  • Financial Data: Bank account information for carrier payouts, and payment processing tokens (from Stripe) for shipper payments.


B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Location Data (Crucial Disclosure): We collect and process your precise geographical location data when the driver enables tracking for a specific load via the Telegram bot or associated applications. This data is collected to provide real-time tracking, ETA calculations, and geofencing alerts for load fulfillment.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our dashboard and Telegram bot (e.g., commands used, loads viewed, acceptance rates).
  • Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type, and time zone settings.


C. Information from Third Parties

  • Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe): We receive secure payment tokens and confirmation details, but we do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive bank account details on our servers.
  • Market Data: We receive market data and rate indexes used for pricing our contract and spot loads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data primarily to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including;

  • Service Fulfillment: Matching loads to carriers, dispatching, and ensuring physical delivery.
  • Real-Time Communications: Sending load offers, status updates, and critical alerts via the Telegram bot and SMS.
  • Financial Operations: Processing shipper payments and ensuring timely carrier/driver payouts (using Stripe).
  • Risk Management: Monitoring performance, tracking assets during transit, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Marketing & Compliance: Sending commercial electronic messages (CEMs) only when Express Consent has been explicitly granted, and honoring all opt-out requests (e.g., STOP replies via SMS).
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure We share your information only as necessary to provide our services and ensure business functionality.
  • Between Users: We share the driver’s current location and status updates with the Shipper/Broker of the active load. We share necessary load details with the assigned driver.
  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as Azure Communication Services (for sending SMS), Stripe (for payment processing), and cloud hosting providers.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LogiBot, our users, or the public.
  • Location Data Disclosure (Crucial): Driver location data is only shared with the Shipper/Broker assigned to the active load and is only tracked during the active hauling period.
4. Your Rights & Choices
  • Access/Correction: You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information.
  • Withdrawal of Consent (Opt-Out): You may withdraw your consent for commercial electronic messages (CEMs) at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by replying STOP to any SMS text message. We will process your request promptly.
  • Location Tracking: Drivers can disable tracking when not hauling an active load. However, tracking is mandatory for all loads accepted through the platform.
